Returns & Exchanges


Once the item has been received, the recipient has 7 days to return or exchange the item. Please e-mail us at hello@thebraziliansecret.com to inform us of the return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No items without attached tags will be accepted.

We are not responsible if the product fails to be delivered to the recipient due to the delivery address being filled incorrectly on our website at the time of
check-out.

Our product exchange policy aims to provide the customer with total security in relation to the products purchased at our store. Free products are not exchangeable under any circumstances. All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect, follow the steps below to make the exchange:

Inform our team about the problem through our email hello@thebraziliansecret.com, sending clear photos or videos of the defective product, at within 7 days of receipt. Attention, we will not make exchanges or refunds after this period.
Your complaint will be analyzed in a maximum of 2 week days and, once the problem is verified, we will contact you via email and you can choose one of the following alternatives:
Receive a refund of the amount paid.
Receive a new product of the same price of the one ordered.
Receive a coupon with the product price to use in future purchases.

For products that the costumer judges to be of inappropriate size, the shipping costs of the return will not be covered by us.

You will be updated upon the arrival of your return, of your return approval and when your refund has been placed, or when your new item has been shipped, all through your e-mail.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service, or that you purchase a shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After your refund has been approved and processed, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. This might take a few days.

If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend that you first check your bank account, as this process might take some time until it becomes officially finalized.
